The Aviat simulations have helped thousands of team members experience the impact of positive team dynamics. The simulations demonstrate the importance of group process in achieving team effectiveness and help to build synergy within work teams. They offer participants an opportunity to observe team dynamics in a non-threatening environment providing insight for team development.

These versatile exercises can be used with all organization members in a variety of different settings:

The exercises ask the participants to individually solve the problem and then as a group, using consensus decision-making techniques. The exercises demonstrate that effective teams generally produce better outcomes than individuals alone.

The Aviat simulations present participants with believable dilemmas, ones in which they can easily picture themselves. There are four different simulations currently available.
